You have 7 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition. We accept both sealed and opened products, provided they are not damaged or misused.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
The refund may take a few working days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
We do not accept returns on products that are damaged, misused, or returned after the 7-day period.
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and verify the issue. (Note: We do not send replacements in such cases.)
