Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at K2 Salajeet. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition. We accept both sealed and opened products, provided they are not damaged or misused.

2. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.).

  • The refund may take a few working days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions

We do not accept returns on products that are damaged, misused, or returned after the 7-day period.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process and verify the issue. (Note: We do not send replacements in such cases.)

7. Service Area

Our refund and returns policy is valid only within Pakistan. We currently do not offer returns or refunds for international orders.
